Emotional strengths and weaknesses of othersIn this section you will learn how to respond to the cues and emotional states of team members, learn cultural expressions and cues in a diverse workforce and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in dealing with others. |
Promote the development of emotional intelligence in othersIn this section you will learn how to allow others to express their thoughts and feelings, help others understand the effect of their behaviour and emotions on others and build effective relationships using emotional intelligence. |
Utilise emotional intelligence to maximise team outcomesIn this section you will learn how to promote a positive emotional culture and utilise the strengths of others to achieve workplace outcomes. |
